0.2.0 WIP
Mostly minor touchups, testing, documentation and packaging left. Quick demo showcasing internal launch of a libretro- sms core running on windows 7. Also covers cocktail modes (V-Split, H-Split, H-SBS) and setting #defines for a shader before building / activating.
